Whilst we are especially interested in understanding our
clients' requirements and creating designs that lead to a better
workplace, our ODT Works group is tasked with creating the
reality. Together with our workplace consultants and specialist
subcontractors, they operate as parts of a well managed team.
ODT Works is also available to take on a wide range of smaller
upgrading, refurbishing and maintenance tasks for landlords and
tenants - before, during and on expiration of the lease.
We see ODT Works as part of our long-term commitment to our
clients.
Upgrade
Clients have many reasons for upgrading their existing
workplace facilities.
It may be due to internal reorganisation, the desire to
improve facilities or even in response to changes in
Regulatory requirement.
Whatever the reason, we can make the change happen.

We appreciate that an active workplace needs to be

programme of renewals.
