A precision manufacturing company in the South has relocated
into new headquarters following an extensive refurbishment
project that was planned and implemented by ODT Business
Interiors.
Frazer-Nash (Midhurst) Limited - FNM - moved into a 20,000 sq ft
(1,858 sq m) premises at 20:20 Vision Park at
Petersfield, just off the A3.
The firm, which traces its roots back to founder Archibald
Frazer-Nash in 1922, was previously at a split-site address 10
miles away in Midhurst, West Sussex, for some two decades.
ODT Business Interiors, which specialises in transforming the
look of workplaces and is headquartered near Southampton,
carried out the eight-week refit scheme following a competitive
tendering process.
Three mezzanine floors were created in the main assembly hall.
Other features installed included partitioning, offices, a
roller shutter for the assembly hall entrance, ceiling-high
heating units, high-bay industrial lighting, data-related
infrastructure, floor screeding, security systems and airflow
pipes for precision engineering machinery.
FNM, which has 30 staff, designs and manufactures a wide range
of equipment and production machinery for both the UK and
overseas markets.
Andrew Saunders, sales director at Whiteley-based ODT Business Interiors, said:

FNM is a long-established and highly respected name in its field.
We were thrilled to be invited to carry out the industrial relocation
project, which included fitting out the assembly hall to
exacting standards from what was a shell.
|
Paul Mortlock, FNM's managing director, said:
| |
Andrew and his team provided an excellent technical approach, coupled with a sensible price.
We are pleased with the professional-looking results and look forward to playing a key role in the local and
regional economy from our new base.

The work by ODT Business Interiors is the latest large-scale refurbishment contract at business and
industrial parks in Petersfield. Other projects have been carried out for the NFU, Land Clean, Multipix
Imaging and Diagnosys, as well as InSynch in the town's Dragon Street.
