Our Approach:
 |
Prior to
presenting our tender, we went to great lengths to ensure we
really understood the Association's unique requirements. We also
developed an appropriate working relationship with Gleeds, their
professional advisors.
Our designs included enhancements to external aspects of the
property; as well as a complete refit of the internal space.
Then, after gaining approval of the designs, our Workplace
Consultant retained total control of the project throughout the
three-week delivery and handover phase.

What our Client said:
"Quite often we hear contractors promise many things
whilst they are tendering and at the start of a
project, but rarely do we find one that delivers on
everything they say, and with an extra flair."
