The
Client's design brief was in two parts:
1. Create a regional operating centre that includes effective
open plan workspaces and supporting facilities for 50 staff.
2. Create a client-facing conference suite that reflects CBRE's
dynamic and forward thinking approach to working with its
clients.

Our Approach: |
Whilst
treating this as a single relocation project, our Workplace
Consultant spent a lot of front end time with the client's
senior managers building an in-depth understanding of CBRE's
business objectives, values and expectations.
This enabled us to design and build an integrated package of
interior elements that achieved the required outcomes..
As Principal Contractor, we took care of the entire fit-out and
CBRE's physical relocation from their previous offices.
